An enchilada with your choice of filling and sauce topped with cheese, a spiced beef or spiced chicken crispy corn taco, Spanish rice, sour cream, and choice of beans.

Vegetarian Combo Plate

An enchilada filled with cheese, spinach blend or mushroom blend, topped with a choice of any sauce, a spicy black bean flour taco, a side of Spanish rice, and sour cream.

Fajitas

Your choice of marinated beef, chicken or portobello fajita, bell peppers and onions on a hot iron skillet. Served with guacamole, sour cream, spicy pico de gallo, cheese, lettuce, tomato, Spanish rice, refried beans, and choice of tortillas.

Mixed Grill

Your choice of beef, chicken, or portobello fajitas with a grilled jalapeņo sausage, a side of spicy BBQ sauce, one cheese enchilada topped with chili con carne, a side of refried black beans, sour cream, guacamole and choice of tortillas.

Beef Milanesa

Cracker crumb crusted beef tenderloin medallions seared a la plancha and served with crawfish cream gravy. Served with your choice of two sides.

Smoked Chicken Chimichanga

Cracker crumb breaded chicken breast stuffed with chorizo, fresh jalapeņos and jack cheese. Topped with chile con queso.

Chicken Chipotle

A charbroiled chicken breast on a bed of spicy chipotle sauce, topped with melted Monterey jack and avocado slices.

Flaquita Dinner
