Beef fajita meat marinated in a soy ginger spice blend and sautéed with onions, cilantro, jalapenos, tomatoes, and lime juice. Garnished with a small salad and sliced avocado. Served with Spanish rice and you’re choice of beans and tortillas

Rellenos De Camaron:

A cracker crumb breaded Anaheim pepper stuffed with shrimp, cheese, cilantro, and green onions cooked to a golden brown. Placed on a bed of chipotle cream sauce and drizzled with avocado salsa. Served with Spanish rice and your choice of beans.

Sunday Night Shrimp:

5 jumbo shrimp lightly breaded and cooked to a golden brown. Drizzled with a tangy mango chipotle puree and served atop a spicy mango avocado salsa, with green chili rice and grilled zucchini.
